Alcohol Ink
Items featuring alcohol ink art are not food safe, dishwasher safe or heat (microwave, oven, stove) safe. They are meant to be decorative pieces only. All WanderingsArt pieces have been tripled sealed with a protective coating. If necessary, gently dab at a spot using a soft cloth and warm water. Do not scrub in case you wear through the protective coating. Only use your alcohol ink art pieces to display non-food items, or smaller items that are wrapped. Citric acids from fruits can damage the sealant and ink. Pieces are great for holding trinkets or small pieces of jewelry.

Felted Vessels
Wool felted vessels are naturally odor and dirt repellent and need only very minimal maintenance. Gently brush away any debris, or spot clean using a damp cloth. If necessary, wash in room temperature water and lay flat to dry.

Felted Soap
There are many benefits to felted soap. The wool casing helps the soap last longer and provides a non-slip surface. Felted soap also serves as an exfoliant. The felted pouch shrinks with the soap. Once the soap is finished, the pouch can be cut open and used to hold soap scraps or as a washcloth. To maintain your felted soap, squeeze out excess water after use and keep as dry as possible in between use. Do not store in an wet soap dish or closed container.

Felted soap is particularly beneficial for individuals with sensitive skin due to its gentle texture and natural materials. It can be used on the face and body to cleanse and exfoliate without harsh scrubbing.
Journals
For those who journal, the benefits are many. Regular writing in a journal can reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. The daily routine of writing is soothing and can regulate emotions. A journal is a personal record of one’s life and can be used to track personal growth and awareness. A journal can also be a place to develop creativity, solutions to problems and future plans and goals.
Journals created by Wanderings Art feature hand-dyed paper. Materials used include many things found in the kitchen cupboard or prairie backyard: tea, turmeric, coffee, chokecherries, Saskatoon berries, avocados, pinecones and various flowers. They create a one-of-a-kind background to record one’s most deep and important thoughts.
